Return Policy
Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any return or exchange, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video. Any request without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
- The video must begin from the moment you start opening the outer packaging
- It must clearly show the entire unboxing process until the product is fully visible
- The video must be continuous with no cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions
- The package seal and condition must be clearly visible before opening
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unworn, with no scratches or damage, and returned in original packaging with all contents intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted products
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with your unboxing video and images. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
Once your return is approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Products must be shipped back in original packaging. After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed. Returns not meeting our conditions may be rejected. MOHÈ Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Exchange requests must be raised within this period to be eligible.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, color preference, or same design replacement.
How to Request & Exchange Process
You can request an exchange via WhatsApp or email at care@mohèjewels.com. Once your request is received, our team will confirm product availability. After approval, pack the jewellery in its original packaging pickup will be arranged by us. A small logistics fee may be applicable if required.
Product Availability & Conditions
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or design is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same value or receive store credit (MOH Wallet). The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with original packaging and all contents. Exchanges not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
2. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
- Original Payment Method (Bank / Card / UPI)
- MOH Wallet (Store Credit)
- Voucher Code for future purchases
Refunds are not issued in cash under any circumstances.
3. Deductions (If Applicable)
- Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a nominal deduction towards processing or logistics
- No deductions apply if the refund is taken as MOH Wallet (store credit) or voucher
4. Eligibility & Mode of Purchase
- Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests that pass quality inspection
- Items not meeting return conditions may not be eligible for a refund
- Products purchased online cannot be returned or refunded at an offline store
- Offline purchases are not eligible for online refunds
5. Right to Refuse Refund
MOHÈ Jewels reserves the right to reject any refund request if return conditions are not met, the request is raised outside the allowed timeline, or required proof (such as unboxing video) is not provided.
